About Melanie Rogers
A lifelong Fort Myers resident, Melanie brings a strong background in insurance, business, and customer service. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Management and Supervision and has run her own business since 1997. After coordinating insurance for a large ophthalmology practice early in her career, she transitioned into accounting and later returned to the insurance field, earning her insurance license in 2018.
Over the next decade, she worked with a major insurance company, where she earned recognition as Rookie of the Year, Top Agent on the Southwest Florida coast, and led an award-winning district team. In 2024, she shifted her focus to Medicare and joined Welborn Insurance Agency.
Treating every Medicare client like family, she emphasizes education and personalized support. Understanding how overwhelming Medicare can be, she helps clients navigate their options with clarity and confidence. Her service-first approach often means recommending no changes when a client's current plan remains the best fit, reinforcing her commitment to trust and long-term relationships.
A proud mom to Kaitlyn, Courtney, and Tucker, Melanie is also a devoted dog lover. She shares her home with her Golden Retriever, Brady, and is happily obsessed with her four grand-dogs. In her free time, she enjoys planning travel adventures, exploring National Parks, and connecting with the community at Medicare tables in doctors' offices and gyms, always greeting others with her warm smile and friendly personality.
